Great session this afternoon with plenty of wind for the 4.5 - possibly would have been better on 4.0 at times. A nice change from the last couple of under-powered sessions. The waves were much more manageable with enough wind to get through them though they still could appear from nowhere at the wrong moment.

I lost hold of my kit when one wave took me out and was amazed how fast it headed off to Aberdovey with the rip. So a good swim after it and walk back upwind but nothing broken.
